This Makes Me Smile
Today’s topic in the WordPress Daily Post Challenge is to ‘Share something that makes you smile’.
The very first thing that came into my mind was this card by Edward Monkton:

I have a little version that I keep in the shelf above my desk in a box of highlighters. It makes me smile a lot, even giggle. I think of the potatoes I have harvested from my allotment having a little dance to themselves in the dark cupboard under the stairs where they are stored, and can’t help chuckling.
It reminds me not to be too serious all the time – after all, who doesn’t like a little dance, given half the chance?
