Birthday Presents from Bib
Now what was I saying about having three fabulous sisters …? It’s my birthday today and I have just opened my presents from sister no. two.

I have been very good this time and saved them till the actual day, but as you can see from the light in the pictures it was still dark this morning when I eagerly ripped off the tissue paper to see:

a beautiful box topped with a ceramic bird illustrated tile (as you know, I love birds!) and a box of notelets, for ‘notes, scribbles, sketches, shopping lists, or dreams…‘

I always have a pen in my hand and am constantly writing things down (it can get a bit much at times!) so I’m thrilled to have such pretty paper for the purpose.
I adore the box, especially the clasp

and I was all ready to sit down and admire this beautiful bounty over a cup of tea, when I opened the box. There’s more!:

a bar of Tokyo Milk glitter soap in its exquisite wrapping, and a bejewelled bracelet.
WOW!
I love, love, love, and am so happy I opened them this morning before heading off to work, I will have a smile on my face all day. Thank you my lovely sister!

I hope you have enjoyed *opening* my presents as much as me! Have a lovely day everyone xx

My real name is Mary, but have been called Moll since childhood, and Molly since starting this blog - I answer to all three! The Princess is my lovely bike - a Pashley Princess Sovereign.
This blog is about what we get up to in the South West of England and beyond - I pedal the Princess, craft, cook, thrift, sew (and sow). Fuelled by tea.
