Categories

Posts on Molly and the Princess generally fall into the following main categories:

art & craft category button

Art & Craft

I love all art, but my main interest is in the art of Vienna 1900 – Austria’s so-called ‘golden age’ around the turn of the nineteenth to twentieth century, so sometimes I write about that.
I occasionally dabble with craft, so you might find some of my creations in this category.

Fashion & Beauty

Vintage clothing finds and natural beauty products are the order of the day here – looking stylish and staying beautiful shouldn’t involve lots of work or money.

Food & Drink

In 2013 I turned from being a long-time vegetarian (27+ years!) to being a carnivore, embracing the ‘Paleo’ or ‘Caveman’ diet. Blog posts about my experience of, and experiments with, the Paleo diet will fall into this category, as well as older posts from my vegetarian days.

Home & Garden

“Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful”, William Morris. This is the guiding principle for both my own home and my blog posts about interior design and products.

Giveaways

Everyone loves a giveaway! I run them from time to time, usually using Rafflecopter.

Travel & Leisure

I love exploring the countryside of the South West of England and beyond. My Pashley Princess Sovereign, aka the eponymous ‘Princess’ of my blog title, is my primary mode of transport.

DISCLOSURE

I enjoy interacting with brands and small companies and being part of the blogging community. I occasionally solicit, or am sent, products to review, which I accept gratefully if I feel they fit in with the general themes of Molly and the Princess and would be of interest to my readers. All review products are accepted on the understanding that this in no way influences my opinions – I will give an honest review whether I have received the product for free or have bought it myself. I also work with selected affiliates and PR companies, which helps finance the running of this site.
